Why is knowing of nonverbal communication- " body language" very important in business communication?

Most people don't know how to read body language but i beleive it's important for certain level.

body language draws special attention to our personality.  I f not portrayed properly the other party tends to loose confidence and interest in us which can lead to negative outcome where as positive body language not only shows confidence but also rubs off on associates bring a positive vibe to the work environment.

Non-verbal communication is essential in any industry.  The body language of the person will indicate the willingness of the person to work on a task.

It is very vital since it shows the involvement of the person for the completion of the task.
