How can utilize the manpower maximum without pressure?

By putting pressure we can not get the productivity and the best from the employee. The important thing is to develop the Job Description of the employee as per requirement of the job and his capabilities. In the next step, employee must have to understand his role and duties then he can perform in the better way. Also the supporting team/staff must be competent otherwise he has to do their work as well. This will put pressure on him and his performance will be undermined.
