1. Preparing the QMP.2. Following up and reporting failures to adhere/comply.3. Assisting the team in helping members to adhere/comply where there are deficiencies.4 Identifying tools and techniques to accomplish this last item is a major function by itself.

 

There are other duties related to applying such tools, but they are not primary.
