Being an engineer, what is your overall career objective?

to ensure that i will be a "benefit" or an asset  in all terms to the company i worked for.

At the end of the day the thing matter is the satisfaction of your employer on you. If he is happy with your work then, It means you are a benifecial for Him/Her.

To be a master of every technical solutions  related to my trade.

achieve my work obkectives lead to my team succeed ,climb  the ladder of organization hierarchy while gaining experience and knowledege to allow build my own comapny one day

Completion of orders and development, and to find optimal solutions

 I think this question is very important ,  becuase many engineers who are my collegues and they are lecturers for years, some of them are working  abroad but one thing  is common among them , that is, they do not think over their involvements in innovation in the field of their own ,rather they wanted to complete their service with a decent service record(that is too very fine)but the question remains what they got from all their services and experience, in my view they must have contributed to the field of engineering some thing advanced or any decent innovative technique, that would absolutely would be a achievement of their profession

Learning is the Prime Objective, I want to learn something everyday. I believe learning more & more will ultimately pave the way forward for me. I will reach somewhere, I have to be tommorrow.
