Why is the 1st 3-6 months from any start-up is so critical ? what would you do to set things up right?

1. Finding the right talent for the business

2. Marketing strategy

3. Know your target market

4. Enough funds for the business before it can start making profits

The first3-6 months from start-up is the most critical because, it is the start of the implementation of the plan. Forecast might be different from the actual happenings. Adjustments, confusion and fear will sometimes make the start a little bit harder. Adapting the real environment and competing the trend of the world is very difficult for a just someone starting something. But good to say that I can be that critiical moments will be overcome into successful one. First, it must have a credible and realistic plan. The Goals must be specific, measurable, attainable, realistc and time-oriented. Every part of the team must be determined and work even harder with proper mentoring and coaching.

Actually,  When we start, we are new. After some time we understand environment and try to make plans.

The people who were stranger at startup, Now they are our friend. 

A little bit time required to adjust in any environment or field. 

First before Join the company i dream to be in i MUST know well the company profile and the need from me in order not only to do the daily routine work but to think how to add value in order to be Uniquie in my field.

1) Ensure there is a proper business plan in place 

2) Ensure there is sufficient funds to meet the operational cost for the business - This is a major problem for many start ups , And most start ups start small and eventually expand. 

3) There is a possibility that anticipated turn out may not happen in the business , This may due to variety of factors outside business and hence it is essential to keeep the morale high 

4) Ability to adapt , Things may not go exactly as per the plan like the one mentioned in point3 , but ability to accomodate changes intially would enable the start up to evolove.
