To be a mentor, one must have to have expertise on desired subject. Must learn the art of human psychology and be a people oriented person with sound communication and observing skills.

A Learning Mentor should 

Be an expert in a specific field

Have a sound training experience

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills   

Enjoy helping people 

by learning a lot and teaching what you have learned to interested people.

To join the training course training instructors and with several training courses in the field and attend conferences and workshops in addition to the general culture
