With ICP MS, whether all elements present in the Periodic table can be analysed or not, then what are all the challenging elements by ICPMS?

ICP MS is able to detect all metals and several of non-metal with very low concentration ,because the ions formed by the ICP discharge are typically positive ions, M+ or M+², therefore, elements that prefer to form negative ions, such as Cl, I, F, etc., are very difficult to determine via ICP-MS.

Most of the elements in the periodic table can be analysed using ICP-OES or ICP MS. But some elements especially gases cannot be analysed.

Most of the elements can be done except few elements and gases. By ICPMS - Halogens are difficult to analyze.
