How u will know if the card is fraud?

Depends on the authorization rule that configured or statistics that collected form customer if some thing appear no usual .... etc 

there are many ways to identify if the card is fraud, one step is to check the "hologram". If the cardholder is holding a visa card the hologram should be a "flying dove"
