What is food product tracing? How it can be done in developing world where resources are limited and capacity is not good?

tracing is following the the product from it's first step till shipping to consumers it's not  hard with limited capacity, it needs intelligence and talents we have qualificated people in arabic world

Tracing food must be in each step at the time, while reciving raw materials we collect every details about it and we follow this in each step and we keep the tracing in one folder then when we need any information about this product we go directly to this folder and we get the necessary information
