Selecting high quality candidate can lessen the employee turnover. What is your opinion?

Selecting a suitable highly qualified candidate is one thing and retaining such a candidtate  is a different t hing all together. 

Highly qualified and talented personnel are hard to retain. its a challenge for the management to create and continue to maintain stimulating envirnment where talent thrives. 

however retaining talent is not impossible. many organizations successfully retain their talent pool.
