Yes, We have the cell phone policy in employees handbook. Where its clearly mentioned the Call Limitation & User responsibility etc  depend on the employees grade / Profession.

It states guidelines for company email, calls, and social media mentioning on personal devices. There is a separate policy for company issued devices, cell phones, tablets, passwords, data, etc. When it is allowed to be used (not personal usage, no downloading without software company approval, no transferring data off a device without company knowledge, no using while driving for safety). 

Without  these policies, a company is open to liability for unpaid work hours, defamation by social media, theft of private or proprietary data, or the costs of injuries due to unsafe usage. The policies need to be specific in the prohibited actions, but broad in the devices because technology is changing so fast.
