Insurance Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team in Lebanon. As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to potential clients. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sales and has excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of insurance products and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and contact potential clients to explain insurance policy options and coverage
2. Offer advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual insurance needs
3. Customize insurance policies to suit the specific requirements of clients
4. Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products, coverage, and pricing
5. Manage and maintain a database of potential and existing clients
6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
7. Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
9. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
4. Knowledge of different insurance products and policies
5. Ability to analyze and understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
6. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Highly organized and detail-oriented
9. Customer-focused approach with a passion for providing exceptional service
10. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
