Hydroponic Site Engineer/Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Hydroponic Farm Site Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing hydroponic farms.Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hydroponic farm, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and equipment.Crop Monitoring: Regularly inspect crops for signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies, and implement appropriate measures to maintain crop health.Staff Supervision: Lead a team of farm workers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure optimal performance.Resource Management: Manage inventory levels of supplies, nutrients, and equipment to support continuous farming operations.Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality, market-ready crops.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on crop yields, environmental conditions, and other relevant factors to optimize farm productivity and efficiency.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing hydroponic farming operations.Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the course of farm operations, proactively implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.Note: The accommodation will be at the expense of the company.
