HE SHOULD HAVE REQUIRSD QUALIFICATION ALONG WITH EXPERIENCE, SHOULD KNOE ICH USFDA UKMHRA TGA GUIDELENCE, SHOULD KNOW ALAYTICAL GUIDLINES GMP.GLP etc
