i would suggest progressive lens as it is easy to adopt and jumping is less ans smooth as compared to other lenses.

I would recommend progressive addition lenses for a first time wearer.

i suggest progressive lens beacause it's easy for adaptation , and i will suggest bifocal conact lens to if the patian had alredy a bifocal corection glasses
