If standard botox is used and the person who injects has expertise (Of course, any substance may have a bad reaction on a person)

As every medical procedure, it has side effects, but the rate of those side effects is low when injected by a professional

As well as it is injected by a professional practionner who respect rules of asepsy ,dilutions, injections points and injections timing, Botox is perfectly safe
