Based on my experience, I will surly try to do my level best to finished my task. If I fail to do, I will surly feel guilty.
Of course and many times. There's always the little voice in my head, saying that I could do it much better with a different way. Or I could make better decisions. There's always moment of doubts in everyday's life for everyone.
I will feel guilty if I intentionally did so.
No way,I always feel good as i always do my best,I might feel challenged but never guilty.
guilt is a result of not doing your best.
Well I don't as there is possibilty of improvement always and an opportunity for learning.
I can not describe in words how much I, feel guilty if I fails or can not fullfil the desired requirement.
I do not belief it because it depends on the situation. For example, you have a good exposure, but positions are not available. Try and wiat for good job then it will come. Do not under estimate yourelf, but build self confidence.
I highly agree that in times when I overlook and taking immediate
actions for what is required of me. That guilt though pursuades me to become more accountable and cautiously aware of better ways to perform well.
If a job is matching your skill,qualification and experience than it should be the best job for you.
On the other hand if the job in hand is not up to your expectation then also you can enjoy it by doing it in different way with hte help of your qualifications and experience.
There is nothing called a better job. But there is always a better way of doing a job.
Never ever feel guilty as long as you doing your best to discharge your duties & responsibilities.
Feeling of guilty may demotivate you and may affect your performance. But always we must keep the fact in mind that "there is always a better way of doing the job and always there is a scope of learning". This will certainly help in self improvement.
When you do your best, there is no reason to feel guilty. One only feel guilty if they have not completed a task or didn't give their best.
In my working field i never feel guilty in my job. i put100% effort on the job. so only i can boldly speak to third party inspection
