There are no worst parts in working in a corporate university but challenges.
One of which is the full implementation of occupational safety and health programs established by the Safety, Health, and Environment Management Committee of the institution considering the socio-cultural diversity of its population, its lot area and number of sites or branches, the priorities of the top management, among others.
However, all the challenges can be overcome with the right corporate communication strategies employed, proper research and documentation to back up the proposals, etc.
In the end, our role is always to provide opinion, suggestions, or advises to the management to make the institution an occupationally safe and healthy workplace not only for its workers but also to its guests, contractors, and other stakeholders.
