For me the worst part is the after sales headache as you have to follow up on daily basis with the customer and to fulfill thier non end requirments thats plus your job to add new customers to your portofolio.

i Would like to draw your attention to the following problems;
1- a lot of stress in such works because you are dealing with client, contractors, sub contractors and sub sub contractors.
( in Construction )
2- always you have to be away from your home where you are working upstream or downstream
3- almost of project are in far places where you are not near to towns
4- the risks of such work is something you have always to take it in your considerations every day you are going to work.

Negatives: I can think of is that in my role at the moment the hours are quite antisocial so it can be tough to stay in touch with people at home, but with Skype and Facebook etc that's still not too bad." year goes by very fast as repeat unit of 6 weeks rather than 1 week (!), can't get a routine of sport etc..., difficult at times as need to be able to focus fully on something for 2 weeks and then drop it for a month and come back to it fresh ready to carry on - at times work cannot wait, eg: if involved with vendors need to ensure continuity so can feel pressure during time off."

From the Job point of view I feel recruiters give more importance to number of years of experience rather than the quality of experience. This is one point that can go down as a negative.

Foe me based on my experience and background about Oil & Gas industrials is the company that not follow the safety procedures and regulation. however, many workers chose to have short cut when they work and bypass the safety procedures as a result we all be affected by this act and put our life's in Danger.

Regards.
