Photo is a first impression of CV because employer guesses what type of candidate is going to recruitment for his or her organization. Photo is a must for CV for well known of the candidates and his or attitude.

Rana it’s a bit debatable point. Being male candidate for a job there is no harm in it. In fact being recruiter I came to know many female candidates prefer not to share their picture on it and I think we should not bias on it. If any female candidate is not comfortable with it then recruiter should realize this. But yes, having picture on your resume or profile is good but do not paste the FB picture on resume and crop ones. Do add professional passport size pic which gives professional look.

Good System. Helpfull to check their grooming to an extent actually its not that effective and offcourse  we get to know whether they are male or female, coz some names creates confusion regarding with it and in resume genders are not been mentioned too.
