Having reached "diamond" rank in "management" , I would like first to thank all colleagues who favored my answers, raised questions to me, endorsed me, .. etc In fact, I am proud to have reached this rank in a month or so since I started to participate actively in Bayt Specialties and my credits are now6400+ and growing every day . so thanks again to all of you dear friends and colleagues My question now (may be to Bayt management too) . what is the real value of this rank and how can I capitalize on it ??

I am not seeking employment as a regular employee ....
For the past10+ years, I have been earning money for services on short/medium term contract basis all the way from couple weeks to couple months ... and this is what I intend to continue with ... offering management consultancy servies to business owners and senior/executive management in the middle-east region.
