Hi Cherry.

Suggestive Selling is getting the customer to consider a purchase he/she might otherwise have not thought of or made. Actually these tactics allows you to realise larger sales from the customers who buy from your business.

Upselling involves pursuading a customer to switch his purchase decision to a more expensive product. I hope this will satisfy your query.

Suggestive selling means to add on to the main sold product which will have a direct link. For e.g: Selling the main product Mobile , now suggest Mobile Case , Memory Card ,Power Bank etc. Up Selling is to what customer has asked for and provide with top of the range first and reasons behind it of being top quality or the product is year ahead.
