any thing you want to sale must be done with some conditions , I f you want to sale Facebook page you must advertise about that , I mean you must tell all your Facebook customers that your are going to sale this page , like If you want to sale YouTube channel , observe that I heard that Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg dose not sale more ads at Facebook ? [ exactly from Wikipedia ] Mark Zuckerberg When asked whether Facebook could earn more income from advertising as a result of its phenomenal growth, he explained:

Hi we cannot sell Facebook page it is illegal.it is an social website where the personnel include their personal data regarding their studies, employment and family a d their location. And we r the owners of the page but we can't sell the page.
Even we can't rent it and we can use as many pages that Facebook admin has given but rent g is illegal.
Acc to the security settings in the Facebook page we can find so many restrictions regarding the Facebook page account and the transformation can't be done or the password should be kept in remember in order to offend problems
