Which is better for school, a good teacher or a good leader?

In every business it is necessary to have a great manager/leader on top. But as for a school, in order to create a good name and to attract students, it must acquire many good teachers. A good teacher is irreplaceable and it's like a diamond in your hands. There aren't many of them!

Both are useful.A good teacher to ensure the school academic side is catered for and the leader to ensure the school reputation and continuity is maintained.

There’s a big difference between managing others to success—and teaching others to find success themselves.A great leader is  a great teacher by understanding the difference between management and leadership. 

In sample answer we need a (( Human Being )) with all the mean of that as he / she will teach a generation after generation.

What is a school? It's primarily a seat of learning, therefore the fundamental and primary task of any school is to teach, consequently we need good teachers! I expect ALL teachers to be good leaders purely in the sense that they are role models and lead by example.

A good teacher can make and create a good leader. Teacher is a one of important profession which construct human brain. A lot of students try to make copy and become same as they learn and teach. So if we talking about School,  no need of any leader.....We need good teacher. Who can give us a good Future of our country.

Both are essential for developing schools. However, I prefer to choose a good teacher in this case based on the nature of school as educational institution. I believe that someone might have more than one talent and diverse skills, so there will be some of "good teacher" who aslo talented in leadership and management, they can be put on the management as leader and the plus poin is that the management will be run by "good teacher with leadership and management skills", people who really know the education characteristics nature since school is a special organization which is different with company.

Education/Teaching is one field where such questions , just like  either/or solutions have no place. Unlike companies and bussinesses, Education's main focus is students, not profit, Both teachers and leaders must keep students' well-being at the center. An educational leader is not simply a manager but must be an instructional leader that takes special interest in promoting a healthy  school culture, mentoring teachers, and the development of the educational experience/process. Having said so however, a less effective leader may be less harmful to students' well being on the short term in the presence of exceptional qualified teachers. On the long term, however, ineffective leaders can have a huge negative effect on the school, and may even damage its enviroment. 

The man who make you able for  solving difficulties of the is only the Teacher, because a good Leader has a good Teacher Behind him....

there is need of good leader because good leader can easily lead them and convince them to study with their leading abilities because teaching is not only to teach. it is character building of students if you are not a good leader and can't understand, solve and communicate the students problems then you never gain the trust and interest of students and at the end results will be annoying for you, school reportation and parents hopes.
