How can a teacher best motivate parents to become more involved in their child's academic development?

It should be the other way round Amal,the parents should be the ones motivating the teacher(s) to mould their children into the people they want them to be.They should be available,make visits to their children's school or phone the teacher(s) at convenient times to get to know their children's academic,behavioural and other things that relate to their school life.In simple terms,parents need to avail themselves in the moulding process of their children.P.O.V.......Point of view.
