My answer is based100% on my own experience in this field.
I have been working in different offices since1993. During my career I have worked both as Back office executive and Front office executive. Front Officice executive is "first point of contact" of any organization. That is why he/she should be well versant, and equiped with necessary skills of his/her job, i.e. a good communicator wiht excellent telephone ettiquitees, a goog listerner, a nice person, having the ability of handling irritated customers, well educated, above all comittment of doing his/her job as a Service etc.
One can be a better front office dealer by;
Dealers in general have special gits from God, you may give them differnet names ( Talents, competencies...etc..), but they are well built and supported by related studies and necessary experience
