How one can be a better front office dealer?

As the title imply's Fornt Office staff creates the first impression. 

1. You Need to be organised2. A Chekclist to make sure your Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly workflow & Targets

3. A Clear Understanding of the products/ services on offer

4. You Need to habe you information in hand (Offers/ Discounts/ Conditions etc...)

5. Ensuring you are customer centric while representing the interest of the company6. Timely on your reports (Daily/ Weekly/ Montly)7. Maintain a curtious relationship with the backoffice staff

I presume the above are the basics to be a front-liner...

The person must Mjhzr good education and a culture of excellent and good ability to communicate with others and constructive conversation and has a strong personality able to persuasion and milked from the community

My answer is based100% on my own experience in this field. 

I have been working in different offices since1993. During my career I have worked both as Back office executive and Front office executive. Front Officice executive is "first point of contact" of any organization. That is why he/she should be well versant, and equiped with necessary skills of his/her job, i.e. a good communicator wiht excellent telephone ettiquitees, a goog listerner, a nice person, having the ability of handling irritated customers, well educated, above all comittment of doing his/her job as a Service etc.   

One can be a better front office dealer by;

• having excellent communication skills
• Be Nice
• Be on Time
• Do Good Work

Dealers in general have special gits from God, you may give them differnet names  ( Talents, competencies...etc..), but they are well built and supported by related studies and necessary experience
