How you reach your desired position by bayt.com? after how many time , effort and procedures?

I couldn't understand your question, others also may have confusion to answer. By saying position, are you referring to career position or speciality ranking?

If your question is for career position, I am sorry I didn't get any opportunity through Bayt. I created my profile for an year and no luck so far. This is the case with many others as well.. At some point, I activated the premium membership and promoted my applications as well, but all in vain. So, I gave up looking for jobs in Bayt. I just login to Bayt to read Q/A, and answer questions that I have knowledge/experience in.

I had got an opportunity for excellence by bayt.com within few months from applying my CV online. It was an excellent upgrading in my career and acknowledgement about fast food business of international franchises. I tried to get another opportunity once again but it does not as easy as the pervious one.

So, I advise my colleagues: Do not lose the first opportunity and search for the best.

I am not sure if it can work!

I am the sixth person to answer your question ...... and i am depicting that as people will answer this question it will turn into a painful question for most of them ..........

We have to understand that success stories are not that common as unsuccessful attempts......

We all know that for a posted position there seems to be around200-800 applications (the averge is500)

So after every500 applications, one gets a job........500:1 (seems quite depressing)

And this happen all over the world........ in this competitive world, its a matter of "SURVIVAL FOR THE FITTEST" so those who are more talented, gets a job, other has to wait for their turn according to their potential, experience & Skills.......
