 The Ideal conditions for computers to function in an optimum manner and as expected are:

1) To purchase and maintain the needed software that will allow you organization to have a comfortable, an up to date information technology environment.

2) To make sure that the hardware are manufactured by a good manufacturer who is reputable and has a proven track record

3) To negotiate with your supplier a good warranty for the hardware. 

2) To work with the suppliers of hardware to have an extended warranty before the regular warranty expires.

3) To negotiate a good maintenance contract with a good hardware company who is fully capable to perform the terms of these warranties.

4) To provide a good environment according to technical specifications for the maintenance and proper functioning of the hardware (space, location, ventilation, management and control)

5) To have a well qualified IT expert to run the IT department as well as proper and qualified assistants to the IT manager

6) To purchase genuine soft ware and properly update the software as needed

7) To properly manage the IT department in accordance with the proper levels of authorities

8) To properly maintain the computers in the organization on a timely basis

9) To perform the duties and the responsibilities of the IT department in a timely, organized effienient and effective manner

Clean and well ventilated room in cold locations or clean & Air conditioned rooms in hot areas.

There are certian steps that normal users can do to make the computer moreefficient.

• periodically delete the cookies and brousing history from the internet options.
• periodically delete the temp files. Type % temp% then press enter. This will delete the unimportant fles. IMP - save your data1st.
• Run tools like disk defragmentor and disk cleaner periodically.
