This is exactly the purpose and objective of having emergency planning and contingency/crisis planning in place.

I have been doing this on regualr basis, and I have experienced this in the companies I worked for, specially in Europe and USA during war, disasters, economocial crisis and other types of emergencies of smaller scale.

 

I must say that overall, the employees knoew their roles and they used drills on regular basis to ensure that all are aware and ready to do what they are supposed to do at the very minimum !!

 

Howver, there are always more things to do, and I am ready to help in this area of emergency planning, contingency planning, and crisis management
