When epidemic disease spread out in a certain area, we can recruit additional doctors/nurse/health workers along the following ways:

 1.  Transferring the additional doctors/nurse/health workers from less affected areas to acute affected areas in temporary basis.

 2.  Trained up the possible related manpower as health workers as early as possible.

 3.  Hiring or recruiting additional doctors/nurse/health workers from nearer suitable foreign countries.

4.  Trained up the existing additional doctors/nurse/health workers to meet up more demand.
