Failure is not an end it is the first step of the success.
Failure and success are facets of life. We should do our best to succeed. Success is beautiful, rewarding, and invigorating. Success from the first time is the most fascinating experience one can think of. Success breeds success. Failure, on the other hand, is bad ,costly, and demotivating. Failure should never be sugarcoated or windowdressed as something good, not be taken lightly, and be avoided by all means. However, if we do our homework, and yet, fail, failure should not break us. We should learn from it., and we should reframe our cognition of failure. We should consider it as a trial, a stepping stone on our way to success. We should be resilient, bounce back from failure, and do our best to succeed. Success needs preparation, hard work, smart execution, and perseverence. Let us be success-minded and success-oriented.

It's kinda learning from mistakes, yes, that's true, but in business it's more organized procedure, it's just following the plan, do, check then act steps.

In my openion, the success can be created from a hard planned work, absorbed any kind of obstacles and threats, and also a challengable work. The failure can be reduced and hopefully avoided, in case if a well project management practices being applied and deployed well.
Failures could be used as opportunities. By being through the experience, you can learn from the failure what to avoide to achoeve success.
I personally don't beleive that success is always created from failures. A lot of successess (probably most of them) are the result of clear definition of goals, effective planning with the best required skills, and regourous implementation of the plans and performance managment.

Failure and success are defined by you, the person having the experience. For me, a failure is not getting something I have worked hard for, a disappointment after "much" effort on my part. A success is when, after "much" effort on my part, I reach a goal, accomplish something I am striving for.
