Bayt is a succes for me.
When I judge any entity\\s success of fai;ure, I usually compare the real outcome with the desired one and decide accordingly ... It is not am impression or a perception.,but a true measurement !! I hope we are all applying this logic too ...
i believe bayt is just a medium through which we market ourselves and through specialities we share ideas and knowledge.
i believe bayt is success for me,on the other hand i believe i have not succeeded in marketing myself properly,as i am a marketing professional i believe i have to do a better job.after all if you cannot market yourself successfully how would employers trust you with marketing their products.that is a challenge i have to take and prove to myself and employers that i am capable.
as for your question on how to make bayt better i believe the question should be how can we market ourselves better,after all bayt has given us the way and we should take control of our future.
i feel that i have not done a good job marketing myself even though bayt.com has done a good job presenting us to employers.
Bayt is very helpful for all jobseeker & many jobseeker got benefit.
