I think Bayt.com is doing whatever they can, now employer should respond to the applicants about the application status if possible rather than just to send the application received notification.
Bayt.com is a excellent portal for Employers who are looking for right talent and for employees who wants to get their dream job , dream location job, dream position etc.
I would recommend bayt.com to have a fliter for expat jobs and local nationals as some jobs are very strictly for local nationals and an expat applying for it will be waste of time for both parties.
Another suggestion as I am from Aerospace and Defence I have not seen any job opportunities in this sector in bayt.com so if added it would be great help for people like me
