To create a community where I feel myself satisfied then I have to do:
1: Understand myself, my goal, my desires, my strength, and my weaknesses.
2: Understand others.
3: What is our common goal?
4: Give respect to get respect
5: Listen to others and share your view.
6: Do the best with sincerity.
7: Don’t hate any one and spread the love message.
8: Feel the pains of others.
9: Share the happy moments with others.
10: Don’t become selfish, greedy and arrogant.
11: Don’t let yourself alone from the community.
12: Fight for mutual rights and perform self-duty.
13: Embrace the poor, needy and keep connections with the rich.
14: Don’t run behind fame, wealth, cheating and sins.
15: Protection of every kind of animals, birds, etc should be our top care.
16: Keep strong believes on God and control self-emotions.
17: Forgiveness should be our softness.
18: Fight for saving community should be our power.
19: Respect the women, children’s and elders should be our Grandness.
20: Spread knowledge to all should be our sword.
21: Worship of God should be our guiding in darkness of troubles.
22: To do our best to raise the poor on his own feet until he start the earning.
23: Spreading love and hate to none is the everyday message.
24: Share smiles, laughing and wipe the people tears.
You do not create communities, you join like-minded people.
Our initial responsibility for making a positive contribution to the community is to know ourselves; to understand our beliefs, values, ethics and morality. Otherwise, we will continue to add to the confusion around us. Once we have achieved some degree of self-awareness, we will be a positive influence in our communities; the specifics will take care of themselves. As our learning process continues, as we continue to process new input, perspectives and insights and, in turn, offer them to the community.
As Mr. Vinod said, I prefer not to create community particularly as you asked in a'deeply personal way'. In my opinion it is better not be connected deeply by personal way except with your family members. Once, you are personally attached deeply to any community or individuals than it will be an hindrance to your profession whatever you are..It's better to be attached detachment.

If I have the chance to build a community of my own to which I will be connected, I will select people who flexible, eager to learn and ready for the change. Then I will educate them new life rules such as:
- Do your DUTIES befor you ask for your RIGHTS
- If you wont others to respect you, you respect them first
- Changing the big world starts from you
Social belonging will increase if you are friendly and honest.
In ideal version it's to gather all your soul-mates ))
find people they think a like and do things the same way than you do ....
It really depends on how you define community. But generally speaking, a community should share a common ground. Social ecology, cultural influences, participation, community empowerment, community coalitions or task force, all these play a major role in the establishment of a community.
