I have 30 years experience in costing and warranty processing, do I still need a degree to perform the job in the Middle East?

Yes,Because in mother plants(Main companies) the R&D's are handled by the engineers with higher knowledge and specialization. A person who had same degree can only communicate with them with accurate information when a problem  occurs with the part & the R&D people solve that issue. The engineer can handle the issue with his knowledge which he had acquired both from experience and his studies. thats why degree is essential to do that job in some countries like middle east.
