First of all, the middle east is a very wide term to just state UAE. Instead, you could use the term Gulf Countries. Middle east is a big domain where gulf countries are just part of it. There are several ways to apply for jobs in the gulf countries. From online job boards such as Bayt.com to recruitment agencies. Employment fair in your country also would do just fine. Also, if you have relatives or friends who work in the gulf, you can seek their help in this matter.
Like I used to say to anybody looking for a job, a good resume is no exception. The only drawback of the gulf is that some big employers sometimes ask for prior experience in the gulf, especially Oil & Gas.

Undoubtedly, there’s tons of opportunities in Middle East and because of that a lot of people are moving to the Middle East which makes it very competitive to get a job there.
