1. Shareholders credentials

2. Economical/Financial conditions can be verified with reviewing balance sheets

3. Infrastructure adequacy includes machineries, lab instruments

4. Mission, Vision and Policy of Company

5. Knowledge Management: Is technical Competency and product know how available with vendor

6. Strength of defined Processes covering manufacturing, administartion, commercial followed by ISO9001,14001 and18001etc.

7. Quality Parameter History

8. Production capacity

9. Previous customer references

10. After sales Service
