How to conduct focus group research in international market without hiring a third party?

Ok, it might be a poor answer and as I understood the question; I would use the internet; to search for, collect and contact this group; but still, it would be a good way; especially when you find those who are interested in the International Market; their interest will help to have a commitment group.

And to find this group; I would start with the companies, comercial websites (which are specialized in international market), social websites (such like Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin) and others like Bayt; and look for those who would be interested in working with me. I would make advertisements and publish it in these websites and any other place where I can find those people.
