You can add: customers need to be scold.
Because your customers are not on the same level.
Some of them need to be listened to, other need to be understood and so on .....
Due to necessity to deal with all of them even stupid customers, you ought to be flexible mixed with a lot of hidden rigor in your personality.
This rigor only appears when the customer uses his/her stupidity more than limit.
There are few customers need finishing the relation with, because losing them is a great deal for the comapny.
