Asking general questions or questions without defined object?

Why people ask general questions e.g. "How to change Employee Attitudes?", or "Misspelling in your title.." .Attitudes towards/about what? What title? - Article title or title of my job?.why people keep avoiding to state/define OBJECTS or important facts/details in communication not only on web and on this site, it happens everywhere.

I agree with you. Questions should be clear, and within one's specialty. It should be clear what you want from your question. Moreover questions should be relevant to one's job or field of work so that others could also benefit from the answers.

Thank you for supporting me dear Farid :) ..... I mean - my experience is huge, but I see a lot of mistakes in English language as well, and to every question here I can give at least3 to5 answers .....BUT it means I would have to write a bible!!! (expression in English languge for a veeeery looong/big book)

This starts to be annoying :(
