I think team members are the main machine to make profit for the company

so if you risk them for one loss to the company  you may lose them for all upcoming profits for the comapny itself

 

but if you took the right decision to save such machine as long as they didnt break a role or do something un-ethical you will loses one profit for the company but you can and you will manage to get many profits by the same team "machine".

It's business Mr. Mo'ataz not anything else.

It's unacceptable to disrespect the team or fire any of them or any bad actions.

But if we're talking about increasing the work hours for example or deleting holidays or things like that why not.

Everyone in the company should be suitable for the responsibility of growing business.

It's not kidding.
