Hello Ghadeer,

Actually all of them are important. They all compliment each other.

Education sets the foundation. You need a warm pleasant /boisterous personality to be comfortable approaching people and being able to express yourself and interest them into buying whatever that you are selling. Communication skills are vital since you need to speak clearly and be coherent so that everybody understands what is is you are talking about without confusing people.

Personality here is broad since you need to be patient and to have a 'thick" skin to also deal with the frustrations that come along with it. Remember people can be taught skills but not on their personality. You can ask a person to smile but if they are not up to it it would be a disaster and clients would be repelled by that gesture.

Etiquette is important since you must be well groomed to approach people/would be clients.

Experience is vital since you acquire skills that your education woudnt. This provides a track record and you can be abe to see your successes and failures. These act as a bar and track the route that you need to take as a sales person.
