2- To interact with them so they can feel your ideas
3- To distribute tasks or functions

The objectives of daily meetings with own staff is maintaining open door policy and also for the following objectives----a) For maintaining the unity with own Team, b) Establishing two-way communication through active listening and c) Creating opportunities for employees to contribute by participatory strategic planning sessions
