Mr. Saif, before hiring any trainer for any filed or a session, what we in HR do;
· Primarily, we do look for related academics as per our requirement.
· We do look for related experience for e.g. if we are planning to have a session on Pharmaceutical marketing then we do look for Pharma related experience for the trainer. We don’t go for general, IT or FMCG experience as it the trainer will not grab the participants profile.
· For trainer, do look for the organization which he offered the training as it helps you to gauge his credibility or acceptance in the corporate sector.
· We did detail TNA and on that basis we use to have meeting with trainer and then ask for them to submit the proposal and then initiate the training.
This is how we plan the trainer and hope for the best for you too.
