My own preference will be any big promising company in renewable energy (like: Canadian Solar Inc)
Disney seems to be a Company that gets overlooked when talking about "mega" corporations, surely they would be worth a "dabble"?
it is not neccessary to select company from its brand, it should selected based on it's business record and innovation.
I would go for Google.

From my point of view, my choice will depend on the Fundamental Analysis, Company's Planning and the Market Share of each company, also I have to check Dupont Analysis System of each company plus the sales trend during the past5 years.
I would opt to go with Google & Samsung Electronics :)
