I think regardless environments in which we live find in our entourage (school, college, university, street, neighbors), children, people who do bad things who drink, smoke, take drugs, who want to make money from robbers theft, and more. Find someone to tell us: come with us. Sure if our character and conscience allows.But if we are not the same, they run. It is true that children are begging, because parents. Children have no discernment, it should handle social worker, child rights organizations.
to maturity but what excuse do we have? have the power to choose. I'm not talking about bad kids. I mean the adults. we are all different. Not brothers not like (resemble) one another, One may be working, other wasteful, profligate. I think it depends on us.

No child is born evil. They just become evil.
Even under the worst of circumstances children grow up and make choices and those in the best of circumstances grow up and make choices. Some of the most evil people who ever lived were born under good circumstances and some of the most wonderful people who ever lived were born into unimaginable horror.
I don't agree with you , I think everyone born with a good hearts , but they become evil people because they live in bad families or unhealthy societies and maybe their conditions make them bad people
