PPC traffic could convert just as well as long as you target a warm market. It all comes down to your traffic source and also where that traffic lands. If you promote a service to a warm list and bring them to a very poor destination they will not be interested. There has to be consistency from your Ad right the way to your sales pitch.
I have used PPC in the past with a4% CTR and have found great results simply because I know who to target and how to convert that traffic.
You need to be able to understand traffic conversion. Once you master that you will find PPC can be a great source of sales.
