I already contact some online marketing companies in the UAE and many suggested that I should go for Organic search. I am not convinced it is the way to go for it. The very basis of my idea is that registered centers would feed in data into my website. These data will be THEN exposed to visitors to come and choose. So, if you go for an organic search, it is like putting the horse behind the cart. No data for the visitors to compare so what’s the point of organic search and increasing traffic??
I need my target companies be contacted directly either by emailing or telephoning or even better by face-to-face to convince input their data and register.
Any ideas on how to go about doing it?

This a huge project that considers research and mapping out of target personae, demographics and geographies. You will definitely need a holistic marketing mix that takes testing as part of an integral marketing and implementation strategy.
By the way, one would need to see your business plan, see your goals, objectives and KPIs before a genuine solution can be delivered.
For any campaign you need to run test campaigns. Identify your target audience and other details, plan your campaign accordingly. You cant say SEO don't work until your run the campaign. Before SEO you can run PPC campaign and test the worth. Similar goes to Email and SMM campaigns.
