Accept the work which one is capable of doing it and take it as a challenge and as an opportunity.

Self development and Self motivation will generate interest in the work.

Accept support / help with all humility to complete the work.

Keep space for others to learn and share knowlege with others to learn from.

Be disciplined and operate within the boundaries of the set rules.

Be a team player and always appreciate others contribution irrespective of the quantum of contribution made. Together WE have to WIN.

Leave the position assigned with all humility for better replacement if available.
